Description
This deeply moving 1997 issue was released as a tribute to two women who became global symbols of empathy and humanitarian aid. Somalia, in collaboration with the I.P.Z.S. printing house in Rome, prepared a set of high artistic value, combining realistic portraits with national and humanitarian symbolism. Designer C. Abukar focused on capturing the dignity and warmth of both figures, framing them within the "Help the Children" (Cawinaadda Caruurta) campaign.
