This impressive commemorative block is a philatelic record of the rivalry between two superpowers for dominance in space. Issued during the heyday of the Apollo program, it presents the key machines of both sides of the "Cold War race."

What will you find in the notebook?

The sheet contains two large stamps of high artistic value:

• Stamp 35F (Bottom): It presents Soviet space achievements (Réalisations spatiales soviétiques). It shows a probe (probably from the Luna series) maneuvering above the surface of the Moon, with Earth visible in the distance.
