Description
This monochrome pad is a tribute to the author of the Aeneid. The graphic design by the renowned sculptor and graphic artist Emilio Greco is kept in a raw, black-and-white style, reminiscent of precise pen drawing or engraving. At the bottom is the famous Latin phrase: "CECINI PASCUA RURA DUCES" (I sang of pastures, fields and leaders), which briefly summarises Virgil's three most important works: the Bucolics, the Georgics and the Aeneid.
